Exporting data

To export data, press the export data button on the switchboard and a menu will appear.

Select one or more sites you which to export as well as the relevant format. If you use the Excel workbook format, all tables of data contained in the database will be transfered to a single workbook.  If you chose any of the other formats, one file will be created for each of the tables and saved in the application folder.
